The health of our body is the most important assets for us. Why? It is because by having the healthy body, we can do many activities outside our home, such as working, shopping, travelling, and etc. So, to keep our body health I have to do a lot of exercise and consuming healthy food to form the best performance for my body. What is the best food that I have to consume? Here you will get the wide explanation. The healthy food is a food which contains a lot of nutrition. There is so many nutrition that is needed our body such as carbohydrate, protein, vitamin, and minerals. One of the most important nutrition that stated before is protein. Our body really needs a lot of vitamin during the activities. Protein is very important in maintaining muscle and keeping our immune system. By having much protein in our body, our body can produces a lot of energy that is very useful for us. In addition, I could take the protein from the fish. This is my favorite one. Besides it is vey nice to eat, it is also full of protein. I really love to eat more fish rather than taking too much rice or bread. By doing this way, I can shape my body easier.
In other hand, casein is also important for our body. Casein is defined as the protein that is contained in a non dairy product. We can find it in the creamers or in the milk. I can full fill the needs of casein by drinking milk every morning. Besides it gives me lot energy, milk also very useful for maintaining our bone mass.
